Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
2 tablespoons powdered protein supplement
1 1/2 tablespoons flax seed
1 teaspoon honey
1⁄2 teaspoon rum extract
1/2 frozen banana, peeled and chopped
1 small can pineapple pieces, frozen

Directions

Peel the banana and cut into 1/2-inch chunks. Chill in freezer until solid, about 2 hours. Drain pineapple pieces (reserve juice and freeze for other smoothies) and freeze.

Place the milk, yogurt, protein supplement, flax seed, rum extract, and honey into a blender; pulse until finely mixed. Add the frozen banana and pineapple pieces. Puree until smooth.
