Ingredients

1 pkg (3 oz.) watermelon Jello
1/4 c boiling water
1 pkg (12 oz.) cool whip
2 c cubed seeded watermelon
1 graham cracker pie crust

Directions

In large bowl, dissolve Jello in boiling water. Do not let Jello cool – it will lose flavor. As soon as Jello is all dissolved, whisk in cool whip. Fold in watermelon. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate 4 hrs, or overnight.
